Welcome to the web site of Yoruba Wunmi, an initiative, started by Adeyemisi Haastrup in April 2003 to promote and teach Yoruba Language and Culture.

Our goal is to promote the Yoruba Culture and Language outside Yorubaland, to provide resources for learning the Language and Culture for children of Yoruba people in the Diaspora and to promote awareness of Yoruba Language and Culture throughout the world.
